Ngoc Van Anh (Katie) Trieu
Biography
Ngoc Van Anh (Katie) Trieu joined CBMS as an associate in the litigation department, focusing in the areas of Real Estate, Construction, Landlord-Tenant, Religious Corporations, and Commercial Litigation. Katie earned her LL.B. from the U.K. and her LL.M. in Banking, Corporate & Financial Law from Fordham Law School.
Katie served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Margaret Chan at the New York County Supreme Court, Commercial Division, where she assisted in the legal research and drafting of opinions. In the past, Katie was an associate at international law firms in Vietnam where she participated in multiple M&A transactions and advised foreign investors
Katie is admitted in New York State, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
She is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
