Biography
Joshua advises individuals and families in creating comprehensive estate plans. Joshua prepares wills, advance directives, powers of attorney, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts, and uses various planning techniques to achieve family and financial objectives.
He also represents executors, estate administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration matters. Joshua advises estate fiduciaries in probate and administration proceedings and prepares a diverse range of settlement agreements among and between fiduciaries and beneficiaries. Joshua also prepares Federal and New York State estate tax returns.
