Private foundation excise taxes
Unrelated business income tax (UBIT)
Private benefit and inurement issues
Intermediate sanctions
Lobbying and political activity regulations
She has extensive experience with New York not-for-profit corporation law, including regulatory matters involving the Attorney General’s Charities Bureau.
