Biography
David leads Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld’s Florida office where he works with clients and partners in every sector the firm serves. His primary practice areas are Real Estate where he routinely handles purchases, sales, leases, and refinances of residential and commercial real estate, as well as Religious Corporations and Not-for-profits. David also supports Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld’s work in Tax Controversy, Trusts and Estates, and Elder Law & Medicaid Planning.
Prior to rejoining Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld, David was a founding partner in the boutique real estate and corporate law firm Zandi Rutstein, LLP, and served as Associate General Counsel to Domio, Inc.
David is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York. He is a Juris Doctor alum of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.
