Biography
Katie joined CBMS as an associate in the litigation department, focusing in the areas of Real Estate, Construction, Landlord-Tenant, Religious Corporations, and Commercial Litigation. Katie earned her LL.B. from the U.K. and her LL.M. in Banking, Corporate & Financial Law from Fordham Law School.
Katie served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Margaret Chan at the New York County Supreme Court, Commercial Division, where she assisted in the legal research and drafting of opinions. In the past, Katie was an associate at international law firms in Vietnam where she participated in multiple M&A transactions and advised foreign investors in establishing their business presence in Vietnam.
Katie is admitted in New York State and is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
