Justin Levy is Of Counsel to Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld LLP. Justin’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation, including bankruptcy and securities litigation matters. He also represents clients, such as cooperative and condominium boards, in real estate-related litigation.
Prior to joining CBMS, Justin was a member of the Litigation and Trial Department at Latham & Watkins LLP, a leading international law firm. Justin has also worked at Rosenberg Estis, P.C. and Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP, where his practice was devoted to a diverse portfolio of real estate litigation matters.
Justin earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a Notes & Comments editor on the Hofstra Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo.
In his free time, Justin is an avid sports fan, and is a passionate supporter of the New York Rangers, Mets, Jets, and Knicks. He is a proud New York Rangers season ticket holder, and attends as many games as his schedule permits.
