David Zandi’s focus at Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld is on Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions, as well as the representation of Religious and Charitable Organizations. His practice includes sales, acquisitions, leasing and financing on behalf of corporations and non-profit entities, public companies and individuals.
Prior to joining the firm, David gained vast experience in real estate transactions by representing over 1,000 buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of condominiums, cooperative apartments, multi-family housing and commercial spaces. He also specializes in Banking Law and has provided representation for some of the nation’s top lenders at real estate closings, refinances and payoffs.
David is admitted to practice law in New York and is currently active with the New York City Bar Association. He received his law degree in 2014 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he participated in the Moot Court Honors Society and in the Real Estate Law Association. He received his Bachelor’s degree from New York University with concentrations in Public Policy and Management.
